Introduction

h477 may request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending balances pending review.
Account Registration and Security
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on h477. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed without notice. Any balances held across duplicate accounts may be voided.
Registration Requirements
- All information submitted during registration must be accurate, current, and complete — including full name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method details.
- h477 may require KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Documents may include a government-issued photo ID and proof of address.
- Players are responsible for keeping registration details up to date. Notify h477 support promptly if your contact information or payment details change.
- h477 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.
Account Security Obligations
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. h477 will never request your password via email or support channels. You agree to:
- Never share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
- Notify h477 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Use a strong, unique password that is not reused across other platforms or services.

Fair Play
Bots, automated tools, or scripts used to gain an unfair advantage are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.

Continued use of h477 constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Review them periodically for any updates.
Deposits and Withdrawals
h477 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). All deposits and withdrawals are subject to the terms set out in this section and any additional conditions displayed in the platform's cashier section.
Deposit Terms
- Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and approved bank transfer channels. Available methods are shown in the cashier section at the time of deposit.
- Minimum deposit thresholds are displayed in the cashier section and are subject to change. h477 will notify players of material changes in advance where practicable.
- Deposits made using payment methods belonging to a third party will not be accepted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
- h477 is not responsible for delays in deposit crediting caused by the player's mobile banking provider, network operator, or third-party payment processor.
Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the h477 account holder. h477 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
- Players must complete any active wagering requirement attached to a bonus before a withdrawal request covering bonus-derived funds will be approved.
- Withdrawal requests are processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) operating hours. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and KYC verification status.
- h477 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is unusually large or where account activity has been flagged for review.
Bonuses and Promotions
h477 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions:
- Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings from that bonus may be withdrawn. The rollover amount and eligible games are stated in the individual promotion terms.
- Bonuses are credited in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are non-transferable. Bonuses may not be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
- Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. Existing players who open a second account to claim a welcome bonus will have both accounts closed and all associated funds voided.
- h477 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations already accrued by the player.
- Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh are subject to their own individual terms communicated at the time of the promotion.
h477 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus credited in error or obtained through promotion abuse, including where a player has circumvented the wagering requirement by placing offsetting bets or using excluded game types.
Sports Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on h477, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other markets available on the platform:
- All bets are final once confirmed. h477 does not permit cancellation of bets after confirmation except in circumstances explicitly permitted in the platform's sports rules addendum.
- In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, h477 will settle affected markets in accordance with its standard sports settlement rules displayed in the sports section of the platform.
- Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that will apply to that wager.
- Maximum payout limits per event, per market, and per day apply. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting market and are subject to periodic review.
- h477 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence it was placed using insider information, where the outcome had already been determined, or where odds were manifestly incorrect due to a pricing error.
Live betting markets are available on selected events. Live odds reflect real-time match data and may be suspended during certain periods of play. h477 is not responsible for technical disruptions that prevent a live bet from being placed.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on h477. Any player found to have engaged in any of the activities below will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
- Opening or operating more than one account, whether directly or through a proxy, agent, or family member.
- Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonuses, or circumvent the platform's fairness controls.
- Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity. h477 has zero tolerance for money laundering and cooperates fully with any lawful investigation into suspected financial crime.
- Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after receiving services or winnings from h477.
h477 reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to relevant authorities. Funds identified as connected to prohibited conduct may be frozen pending investigation and will not be returned to the player.
Account Suspension and Termination
h477 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request from h477.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion, pending the outcome of an investigation.
- A player's voluntary request to self-exclude or close their account under h477's responsible gaming provisions.
Upon closure of an account for reasons other than breach of these Terms or suspected fraud, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Intellectual Property
All content on h477, including software, source code, design, graphics, text, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and data compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of h477 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any h477 content is strictly prohibited.
The h477 name and logo are trademarks of h477. You may not use the h477 name, logo, or brand identity in any form without prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use h477's intellectual property.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, h477 excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
- Financial losses from betting or gaming activity, including losses sustained during technical malfunctions, network interruptions, or platform downtime.
- Loss of data, account information, or saved preferences resulting from system failures or account suspension.
- Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, even where h477 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, h477's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your h477 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Privacy and Data Protection
h477 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available via the footer link on the platform. By using h477, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
